FAQs
Estimated cost of about $1200 per person based on two people sharing the same room. Once we have gathered enough interest we will lock in our contract which will then give us final rates and dates. Flights are not yet available for these dates but when they become available our group travel agents will share the suggested flights so everyone can then book it with points, or flight credits, or even after pay and companies alike. Flights are not included in the $1200 trip estimate.
Please note that our group will have special rates and private events planned that can only be offered on bookings done by Jenn Welsh or Kobe Guerrero with Trip and Sip Travel. Anyone else choosing to travel on the same dates that is not booked as a part of the group will not be able to attend / participate in any of the Girls Night Out events.
FAQ:
Q: Do I need a passport for this trip A: yes everyone will need a passport that is valid for at least 6 months AFTER travel so for March 2025 travel all passports should be valid through September 2025
Q: Can I stay for longer than 3 nights: A: Yes we will have special group rates that we can use towards longer stays as well just reach out to Jenn Welsh or Kobe Guerrero with your travel date requests to receive a personalized quote
Q: Can I make payments towards my booking: A: Yes we offer flexible payment plans that will allow you to pay as little or as much as you want either weekly, biweekly, monthly, or whenever you have some extra money you want to put towards your balance. Main thing to note is that for March 2025 travel final payment dates will be set for early December so when you are setting up a payment plan it must allow you to be paid in full by that deadline.
Q: Is there a trip down payment? Yes. $100 non-refundable down payment is due by September 30th.
